How to Register and Pay for the 2019 Philippine Education Conference and Expo:

Registration to the conference shall be done through online registration.


  1. Proceed to PEAC website at pec.peac.org.ph
  2. Click the button “How to Register and Pay”
  3. Read the instructions on “2019 Philippine Education Conference and Expo”
  4. A. How to Register

    1. School must know if it is an Educating Service Contracting (ESC) participating school – please check with your school administrator.
      • If ESC, please register under ESC if not, register under non ESC.
    2. School determines who and how many participants it will send to the conference.
    3. School assigns a point person to register online the participants. This person shall be contacted by the Registration Group should there be a need to verify its submission.
    4. A participant must select three (3) breakout sessions each to attend in Day 1 and Day 2. Please make sure of your choices because changing these may not be possible if slots in the next choice/s are no longer available.
    5. The online registration system will create a printable registration form in PDF format indicating:
      • The names of participants of the school.
      • The breakout sessions they will attend.
      • The total registration to be paid depending on your payment date.
      • The 9-digit BPI reference number to be used when making payment of registration fees with any BPI branch.
      • Payments are to be made out to “PEAC Professional Development”.
  5. B. How to Pay

    1. Payments are to be made out to “PEAC Professional Development”
    2. Pay at any BPI Bank. (BPI Family Bank is excluded)
    3. An e-mail and SMS notification will be sent out to participants once payment is posted.


      1. Pay your registration fee at any BPI Bank through its payment facility.
      2. Fill-up the BPI Deposit Slip with the following details below:

      You can check the status of your registration 2-3 banking days after payment.

  6. D. How to Claim Kits and IDs

    1. Confirmed participants (registered online and paid) may claim their IDs, kits, and Official Receipts at the SMX Convention Center on the following dates:
      • December 2, 2019
        10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
        Meeting Rooms 4, 5, 6 - Luzon schools
        Meeting Rooms 7, 8, 9 - Vis-Min schools
      • December 3, 2019
        7:00 AM - 8:30 AM
        Meeting Rooms 4, 5, 6 - ALL schools
    2. Claiming of kits shall be done by Region and by School Name.
    3. Please bring your printed registration form for faster transaction.
    4. Participant conference IDs shall indicate the breakout sessions to be attended by participants.
    5. Official receipts shall be available at the “Cashier” counter located at the end of the registration booths.
